Ayna! Egg and tomato!
Then I made a serving of actual 番茄炒蛋 for the grown ups to eat with rice!
Here are some other things we can make for her from what we have in the house now:
- beans (frijoles negros, rojos, peruanos, pintos, great northern beans,
- lentils (red, yellow, green)
- chickpeas
- acorn squash
Here are some things we could repeat, from what we have in the house now:
- ube
- potato
- leeks
- spinach
- carrot
- bananas
I would like to make a Three Sisters purée for her (beans, corn, and squash) because it's nutritionally complete. We'll see.
